Applied for My babies passport in Oct paying $159 thinking of Govt web site and was not having all req docs so I requested to cancel it immediately then agent called me back I requested him to cancel again my request which happened minutes ago, I was told to get my remaining balance refund within 2 weeks waited for 2 months for my refund so many times I emailed them for the same but got no response. I calld in Dec End again they said sorry, but when I asked to get it done same dy they said they will charge $45 for cancellation, I thought If I have to pay I will apply again but when I went to acceptanc agent they refused to accept it thru agency and told me they will not process my docs If I want not to submit it using middlesex passport office, NJ. I submitted my documents in passport office as I was having no choice because of holiday season. Then I called USPassportonline agents at 1-866-737-1344 and asked for refund for unused service. They said no very straight no and hung up on me. I called again and asked the reason they said there system does not allow it. Why/-they hav no reason. Called to their supervisor Sylvania a rude and mean woman and she says I did not tak to u last time so I can not refund your money. Wtf. I am pissed off and expose their OPEN SCAM. Please help.
