I decided to try and "save" some money and they scammed me. I wasn't able to open the report on either my pc, my mac or my phone. Called the company and they said they would give me to technical support. Didn't have a number so they gave me an "email" address. Of course that came back to me as well. I called my bank to get the refund and now i have to order a new card so they don't have my information anymore. However they do have my address. Sometimes it isn't worth trying to save money. Ugh... So mad. Don't use them!!!
