I log on this site before to report this company also and I wanted to give some people information to hopefully get their money back. I did report this to my bank first and opened an investigation. Then I called them the first time and of course they told me no also. The second time I threatened lawsuit and requested an supervisor. I spoke with a Mary Parker and they gave me the official website they operate from. They swear they are a legitimate business and they aren't trying to scam anyone... After a lengthy conversation she issued a refund code to me and assured me I would receive a confirmation to my email... I called back today (11-28-11) and the rep said it is in process. I just checked my email and I received a confirmation to get my money back. Here is the information I collected...
