I ordered a trial product & decided not to go ahead with it on a full basis. I tried to call the lines to cancel the product but did not get through - all operators busy, office closed, automated line could not recognise my keypad tone, etc. I have been billed for the full price of this product & do not want it. On finally getting through I have been told I am too late to get a refund even though I have not even opened any of the product & am returning it to them intact
