I linked to the coach outlet website and saw a purse that I liked and ordered it. They took the money out right away and it took like two weeks for the purse to arrive. When I got it it didnt even look like the purse that was on the picture and it was missing two straps. I contacted them and they gave me an address to send it back to and I havent heard anything from them since then. Cant even find the website anymore.
