I made an online purchase with my debt card for a pair of sneakers for my husband who is incarcerated, the sneakers were rejected by the facility where he was being housed at the time of purchase, he was shortly transfered to another facility where they are accepted. Since the purchase was returned back to the company I have made several attempts to contact this company through both telephone and e-mail and have not received a response.
