I purchased a pair of sneakers online from this company and they sent me the wrong pair of sneakers. They refused to exchange or refund me for their mistake. After going back and forth with numerous emails, their final offer was to give me 30% back. Why would I want 30% back for a product I did not order? OR, I could purchase more sneakers at discounted rates. Are they serious? They want more of my money?! And who knows what I would get! Horrible company, do not do business with them. Do not buy sneakers from www.jordans-retro-shoes.com. The credit card charge goes under the name: Www supplycasualshoes SHANGHAISHI CHINA. Do not order from this company. They are horrible.
