I came across this charge on my Mastercard while just checking my statement, it shows a transaction date of 12/25 (Christmas Day) the date that the charge hit my card was 12/26. I was having issues with my computer the week prior, but had it repaired on 12/24 and not close to midnight thinking that would be why the 12/25 date appears. The issues with my computer were similar to another person, where I could not get online at all and virus services kept popping up. However, I could not even get online with one of those.
