A box kept popping up on my computer saying it was infected with a virus and I was unable to open any programs or go any further without subscribing to this service that I did not want. They charged me $59.95 for anti-virus software, when I already have a security program in place. They made it impossible to use my computer without inputting my credit card information, thus enabling them to charge me for services I neither want nor need.
