Order 4 jerseys for Christmas presents on 12/8. On 12/9 recieved email stating 2 of the items were out of stock and asked to choose replacements. I did so and asked for confirmation of change. Confirmation of change was acknowledged by seller. I then asked for ETA on merchandise the same day. Since acknowledgment of change I have yet to be able to contact seller. I have sent numerous emails trying to make contact with no response. Here we are 3 weeks past Christmas with no credit back to my account or merchandise in hand. I have contacted my card company and they are in process of getting my money or merchandise to me. I have order similar products through other companies with no hassles or problems. I will personally make sure this company or responsible party is held accountable for thier continual lack of customer service and possible fraudulent act. I will also be sending my current and future business to a company I can trust and have worked with before.
