I was interested in applying for a loan over the internet, and somehow this company credited my account a few cents and then debited it $30.00 and I never authorized this. I was never given a loan. I have called the company on several occasions and I continually get the same responds of something being wrong with the computer system, apologizes and promise it will be back into my account in the next few days. This has been going on since 11/30
