We orded a ladies barbour coat and the company would only accept visa credit card for payment, which i didnt have. I e. Mailed the company to ask if they would take my hsbc debit card, paypal, mastercard or private cheque. I loaded my detail;s for my hsbc account and my mastercard and asked the company to get straight back to me if they would accept either of these as payment they did not get back to me. I have since sent them 4. E. Mails still no reply.in the meantime they have taken without my consent £121-34 from my hsbc account. I did cancel my order the following day after trying to pay and on my account with them it said we had orded 3coats which we didnt, and on them all it said nonpayment. So i took them all off my account and my shopping cart said nil. So as far as i was concerned we cancelled the order, due to the fact they didnt let me know an alternative way to pay. I am very annoyed about this and want a refund as soon as possible. My bank are on to this problem for me as well can you advice me what to do. Also they have taken my money and we didnt recieve a coat anyway which we have paid fo
