My product has still not arrived so I have my doubts, and after reading these other complaints I decided to take decisive action. I also rang 0011 1 888 706 4464 and received 2 cancellation numbers - one for each product. I then rang my bank and they could not confirm the cancellation numbers, and suggested I cancel my card and be reissued with a new one as they do not have any way of stopping transactions on the card once I have given authority for transactions to take place. My new card will arrive in 5 days - and I feel I can sleep better.
