On the 16/07, I took up the free offer, I did not recieve the products till the 16/08. Wanting to cancel with in the 14 day time frame I rang the number listed on the web site for the African Mango group, I had no success with the phone number listed so emailed the cancellation. I then also rang Metaburn group finding that the person I was speaking to had access to my email sent to African Mango and acknowledged my cancellation. I stressed that I wanted a guarnatee that I had done as was requested within the conditions advertised so that I would not be automatically charged for the cost of another months delivery and that I would not be delivered anything other than the free offer. It was a lengthy call, I explained I had not recieved either product, I quoted order numbers for both and I was given a cancellation confirmation number. I have now discovered on my visa bill that a transaction for $84.90 usd was charged the day after I had the above communication.
