Ordered and paid above amount for an item, it has never arrived i have phoned them 5 times, always an answer machine and no return call, which the message says they will do if you leave a number, which i have, i have sent them quite a few emails asking for a refund, but, nothing has been forth coming, except a few standard and inadequate emails.
