Trying to call progress energy and assist123 intercepted the call. They told me that they woul connect me after I listened to their sale pitch. I called them on to havemy money refunded and they told me that it would be returned to debit card. Call again on Jan. 17 and was told that they had sent me a check on January 9th. Still have not received check
