Berkele Prem. Nutra - Boland - Lifekey Healthcare - Wagner Nutra - WarnerHealthCare
Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals Boland Nat, Lifekey Healthcare, Wagner Nutra, WarnerHealthCare Told me the total for my charge, then changed amount and conditions after payment ripoff scam

I made an order the first week of May... After months of watching the television commercials, I finally realized that it was not a prescription. I mentioned that to the salesperson, since I work in the hospital, and it sounded more like a prescription than a vitamin. Im sure the crooks who run this place never thought of confusing the consumer.

Today I finally got a chance to hear my call (the last time they said the system was not up yet)... After it was over, I asked the rude agent why more than half of it was missing... She said. Oh it was too long. I just played then end!!! I said I want to hear the entire thing... Like where I mentioned that the total credit for the purchase was going to be 9.00 and he said yes. He did not even mention it until after he got my debit card and address info... Then he started his speech... But the recording was fuzzy and cutting off. And I am sure that after I had paid, my attention was probably lagging as well... He said that avlimil was not a contraceptive. And made it sound like the speech was for idiots so I yessed him a few times... I had thought that the care management was an option that you could choose or not choose and if you did choose it, then you would call the customer rep to cancel. The funny thing is, the original sales person gave me his name and extention if I wanted to order more, but yet there is no way to possibly reach him, even with his extention. He also told me to try one pill at a time, and to take the avlimil the following month, so I could see if either one of them works. SO if that were the case, why would I need a refill in one month. If I were not going to take it for two months? AND if that were the case... I sure would not have ordered two types of the pills... I was in shock to say the least when I called the bank to ask about something. And found out that my rent check bounced... Which will be costing me 45.00 for bouncing a check. And 25.00 for a late fee, and 35.00 for the bank charge for bouncing it, and possible other charges that the management bank may charge my reality company, and now I have a bad mark on my rental policy, which may cause my lease not to be renewed next month.

So Berekeley has cost me at least 65.50 65.50 4.50 4.50 35.00 25.00 45.00=245.00. I only work part time and go to school full time... And this is horrible because I work on call and since that was money for my rent and phone bill... I wont be having a phone after next friday, so now my job is in jeopardy. I was under the impression that this was an option to either choose or not choose. I suppose after I made the payment, I didnt think they could add extra ongoing charges, and I still do not think that they are legally able to, which I mentioned to the agent, but it sounded like she was more amused and bored then anything, over my complaint. When I had called back to cancel option, I had to call several times since the wait exceeded 15 minutes the first two times. I was offered half of each charge back in refund. For a total of 70.00, however, I did not feel that this was right, and I would still be responsible for the bank charges.
