Somehow I was directed to the immigrationdirect.com website while I Google and searched to find the form from the USCIS. Gov website. I am not really sure of how, but somehow thats where I ended up. The website looked official, and I figured this was the website the US government used to simplify applications. I payed the application fee $149 and filled out most of the application and I only received a email from them "US Immigration Order Confirmation" and provided me
PRODUCT: REPLACEMENT/RENEWAL OF GREEN CARD APPLICATION FORM I90
Order Number: 257699503
So I'm waiting and hope I will receive email from immigration for finger print or next step. Without any information so I called Immigration office and provided my order number to them, and they told me I have been scammed by immigrationdirect.com.
I paid the money with my Discover card, so right after I called immigration office and called DIscover card and told them the company did not do anything for me, they only provide web site to get people's money. I tried to disbute my $149 charge, but Discover have not able to disbute the charge for me.
Except post a form to the website, Immigrationdirect.com did not do anything for me. They claimed they provid 24 hours customer support and I called many times and no one answer the phone. They should return my money back.
This might be the most scandalous company I have ever dealt with. They cant keep their story straight and dont feel bad about ripping off consumers.
