I was searching for USCIS Form I 130 in the internet when immigration direct poped out so Iwent in the site thinking its from the government because the site and logo are deceiving. Before I started the application they were asking for the payment so I thought it is for the payment for the application so I typed in my info. When I finished, they had me print it and says to mail it and enclose a money order of $480. So I was surprise I thought it was an online application and the payment was the $199 I paid initially. So I called them to cancel whatever application I had because I dont want to pay almost $ 200 for nothing. The form suppose to be for free I only to pay for the application but the operator says it's not refundable. Can you help me i this?
