I just got off the phone with a person, who had a foreign accent at the number on the first withdrawal from my debit card. The conversation was difficult to here his side of the discussion due to loud ambient noise.
I told the person that they were committing fraud and that I never agreed to pay $29.95 per month for there service. He asked if I read the terms and conditions on their web site. I told him no and that I want to cancel the supposed contract. He asked for my name and email address. He then put me on hold for a brief time. When he came back on line he told me that it was now cancelled and gave me a confirmation alphanumeric consisting of 4 letters and 5 numbers.
Now I have to wait another month to see if it was cancelled.
