On the 5th dec i ordered two creams cost 5,95 and 597. That was all. On the 18 dec and the 22 dec two ammounts were taken from my account with out my permission 74.95 and 79.99. This is a scam as no way did they have the right to take those to ammounts. I received my statement and straight away i got on to them they would not reply. I have since got in touch with my bank who are investigating their accounts.in the mean time i want to do more to stop them in the future they cant con me any more as the card was stopped on the24 dec. I also told them i wanted a refund as the cream is rubbish. Regards j. Hayes
