I ordered face cream on 3 dec and paid two ammounts 5.95 and 597, that was paid for, that was all that was ordered on special. Then on the 18 dec 74.95 and 18 dec another 79.99 was taken from my account with out my authourity. I cancelled around the 23 dec once my statement came through and cancelled my card. The bank is now investigating the case. If i try to get in touch with them they ignore me. Can you help regards j. Hayes
