Exactly same as everyone else. I got charged $29.95 two days after I did one-time VIN check, although they advertise with the line, "Get Your FREE VIN Check Now." I called the company and they said that they would refund only 50%. There was no clear indication on their website that I would be automatically charged. No clear indication was on their website how I can cancel my membership. I can't wait to see this kind of deceptive online companies disappear asap.
