I noticed i was charged over EUR 200 on my mastercard by SNCF Internet Isles Les Mel in France.

I wasn't in France and i never bought anything in France over the internet with my creditcard. This all happened without my permission.informed the police and blocked my Mastercard.

P.S. Message to the criminals: I forgive you, but our mighty God will probably sent you to Hell for this.
