Today I received a in the mail a Document of Reward Payment from Data Release Division. The document starts off: Office records now read that the holder of this document has been identified for the AWARD PAYMENT RELEASE AS HERE STATED IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $1,400, 000.00 DOLLARS.
The award payment data release office stated that I am 100% fully identified. I am to enclose my fee of $19.99, (check, cash, or money order to; "D.R. DMain Office-Payments Director" Receipt of Payment enacts Delivery. I did not send the entry or the $19.99.
