I submitted a report saying about false advertising and two amounts of money £79.99 and £74.99 being taken from my credit card. I checked out their email address and sent an email asking for a refund and to my great astonishment had a reply back within hours saying the refunds had been issued and my account with them had been ended and also if I ever wanted to order again they would give me 50% reduction on any order. I cannot tell you how relieved and pleased I am as I really could not afford to pay the amounts they were charging for face creams.
I thought you would be pleased to hear of one happy outcome and I hope other people can get their money back-my faith in human nature has been restored.
