I ordered your special introductory offer on the 17th November for a total sum of $11.82. I received the introductory products but since that time you have charged me $73.44 on the 2/12, $78.20 on the 7/12, $50.76 on the 12/12, $7401 on the 23/12, $78.99 23/12 and $49.51 on the 4/1. I did not request any further products and did not receive products for any of these amounts. Please advise immediately that these amounts will be reversed and that I will not be charged again in the future. Please attend to this matter asap.
