Check issued by Argos Securities, Inc, with letter regarding "Lotto North American and European Sweepstakes Lottery" and to call them to confirm winning.
Said to keep winning confidential, and don't cash the check until calling them (sure...). Called Bank check was drawn on (Union Bank of California) and Vision Service Plan (Issuing Company). Alerted their fraud department and sent copies of check and letter.
