This company reached us in Nov and offering low rate for Chicago International Houseware Show of March. We booked 10 rooms total in November and paid $5000 by credit card. Then they offered 5% discount by check. We paid them $9224.49 by check, they promised will refund the credit back once recieve our check. When I asked for about 4 weeks about the credit refund, they told me they will be out of business in a couple of weeks. That was right after they cashed our check.
Then no one answers the phone call and always the voice mail.
Please advise if anyone here got money back from them. We should work together for this case.
