I filled out a survey to receive a free ipad "separate issue" on janurary 10. This morning i received a voicemail stating that i had WON a $100 gift voucher for wallmart. When i called number back i got a man that told me i had to subscribe to his magazines to receive it. I cofronted the man and told him the voicemail had said i won by filling out survey and said nothing about subscribing to magazines, he told me i was his job to tell me that after i called. I told him i didnt want any magazines and this was a scam. He remained silent soi hung up. When i called number back all i received was a recorded message stating "goodbye". What can i do? Can i file with the state attorneys office? I want what i was told i won. Not for the gift, but for the action of the company taking advantage of people. I have saved the voice message if that helps
