HI, I also orderd some products HCG & PURE LIFE CLEANSE and piad just the despatch, when i checked my account they had withdrawn £74 from my account I DID NOT set up an account with them. So i have just phoned them, they say i had not canceled my account, i pointed out that i had not set up an account with them, they said that they would cancel it now which thet did, so then i said what about the £74 they had from my account without me knowing? But you did not close your account, ok i said that is it i am now going to the TRADE & STANDARDS with that i was put on hold and now they are giving a full refund.
