Nov. 26 I ordered a solar electric fence. $184.39. Upon receiving it and trying to get it to charge it failed. I sent the unit back & paid for the postage. Two week's later they sent the "same item" Back in the "same shipping box" they had sent me in the first place with no communication for sending the item back. I contacted Sear's for I ordered thru their web page. Then Sear's got involved over the matter. Ponder Rosa sent and e-mail to Sear's starting they would not take the item back 1. It was used 2. The time of 2 weeks was past from when they recvied. 3. It smelled of cigarette smoke. 1. It wasn't used. 2. It took three week's to recive the item. 4. Nobody in my house smoke's. Remember I sent it back in the same shipping box it came in from them. With the same shipping popcorn that was in the box.
I have "never" received an e-mail or as much as a phone call from these people as to this date Jan, 9.2012. I must give credit were credit is due. Sear's has stepped to the plate and has informed me that under review of the matter that "they" will credit my M/C even tho it wasn't their product. If it wasn't for Sear's customer Service this company Ponder Rosa would have and was going to give me a good screwing. Therefore if the name of Ponder Rosa is in any way connected with a product I for one will stay clear of it no matter what they are selling.
