Simon Ezzatian is a con artist who says he is a broker for gold and diamonds based out of the 550 hill st building in downtown LA. He will become your best freind take you to extravegent places for dinnner etc to show you that he has money. Then he will come to you and ask you to invest money and tell you you can make about 10% profit weekly and he will pay you that money in the begining. Then he will start to tell you there are differnt ways to make it like buying gold and putting it in some kind of account and leave it for 6 months and you money will make up to 33% per week and he will give you statements showing you exactly how much you and him made together which becomes a very good amount of money.
But when it comes time to cashout your money he will have every excuse in the world of why you should leave it for a while longer and you will casuse he makes you think your like family too him and he will continue to show he has money and spend crazy amounts of money in front of you so you belive he has it and he is not lieng that he really will pay you it all that he is just investing to make more for you.
