ALBANY-The chief of security at Sunmount Developmental Center, Tupper Lake, has been put on paid leave pending the conclusion of an investigation.
A spokeswoman for the state Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities would notsay why Richard Kulzer is being investigated.
Mr. Kulzer, who has worked at the facility since 1974, is paid about 68,500 a year.
