James hager, cpa, dob-03/10/61, a convicted felon, who technically is not supposed to have his cpa license, assured me that if i gave him power of attorney, he would be glad to sign my income taxes on my behalf.instead. He cashed in my penny stock i was given instead of a raise, did not tell me, did this to countless others, never claimed it and then had the irs come after me for $6,000.00 in back taxes for that year. Now the irs wants me to pay taxes on money i never received! He did this to many other people also. I know this for a fact.
