Placed an order for Aqua lift and Vita Derm two separate orders that were shipped together. Had to return by 1/10 received product on Saturday 1/7. Called in on 1/9 at 1:15 pm waited til 1:45 before anyone answered my call. I canceled my order but they would not give me a confirmation number over the phone they said they woud email it to me within 24 hours. Now I am waiting for them to answer my call at Vita derm which I placed at 1:46 recording said there is a high call volume about three minutes after five minutes they said it will be over ten minutes. It is now 1:00 pm and I am still waiting. 1:10 call has been answered and order canceled via Vita Derm phone number 1-888-543-9408 with confirmation numbers.
