I was notified that there was a Trojan Virus on my daughter's computer. The only way I could get back onto the internet was to purchase a copy of a Norton Antivirus. I thought I purchased this from Norton and found it this morning that a company by the name of Monstrocloud.com took my money. How do I get my money back?
