Here is another incident that el gordo loteria primitiva
from madrid, spain is still sending out letters to individuals in the united states informing them they have won $615,810.00 in the "3rd" category of thier "lottery."

Of course, they want me to fill out a form and fax it right away giving them my bank account number, routing number, date of birth, etc. How interesting the statement in their letter, "due to mix up of some numbers and names, we ask that you keep this award from public notice until your claim has been processed..."

The letter is of poor photocopied resolution but is signed in ink by jose luis miguel, vice president. A big red flag is that the envelope does not have any return address. This is a ripoff and the united states postal service should get involved and stop this out right fraud!
