I am going to post the emails that are between the website's customer service and I. I am sorry the pictures would not post, but all in all the company has basically told me tough SH&% in the last email he sent me. I am so mad that I allowed this to happen, but I really thought this website was legit because there is an actual link to COACH.com on website. Coach is usually pretty strict about false websites and making sure that they don't exist. Read carefully what customer service has responded to me. Also, I read all the reviews on the website as well... They were all good. I didn't realize that even as a 'member' you can't even write a review! It doesn't even give you the option! Go figure! Here's the email:

EE707020967CN-tracking # I will send u a picture of what I ordered and two pictures of what you actually sent me following this email.

You're company is a disgrace. I will be reporting your website as well as writing bad reviews everywhere I can to defer people from ever ordering crappy FAKE coach purses from you.

The straps are different and it doesn't even have the longer strap as advertised on your site. The stitching is also a different color. It is NOT what is advertised on your website to purchase; not even close.

This last picture is what prompted me to pay you. It is CLEARLY a true coach purse, perfect stitching (different color than the one you sent), correct tags, and a completely different style of purse!

If you would have had an actual photo on your website of what you were going to send me I would have NEVER ordered from you.
