After receiving a phone call from a telemarketer, I foolishly agreed to try the "products" on a temporary basis. I asked over and over again how I would be able to cancel the account and was reassured that it would just take "one phone call".
After six months of trying to get the money back that was taken out of my account, I have had it. Just like all of the other reports listed on this site, I have heard the same lines from the customer service people when I call. I am now willing to pursue this issue with the law and any federal regulatory agency that will listen.
I am so dusgusted by this whole thing. It makes me furious that this company is still getting away with this after others have been complaining for years. Of course, when you get the phone call in your home at night, you have no way of knowing the company's history of scamming the public.
This has taught me a lesson, but I hope to be part of teaching them one, as well. It is time that consumers are protected against these thieves. We work too hard for what we have to let them get away with this type of theft!!!
