Ordered and downloaded MS Office Professional 2010 last May. My PC hard drive died in Dec 11. When I requested a Product Key, PB Distribution emailed me a bogus one that MS registration folks said was "blocked" due to constant "abuse" by PB Distribution. Since I copied the MS response to PB, they have totally ignored me. I have called and emailed them everyday, for the past 8 days. As others have indicated, PB Distribution actions and lack of actions does very little to enhance their reputation. Their webpage "Contact Us" email always generates an "error". Their webpage "Live Link" has always resulted in an "all representatives are busy..." screen and I have never gotten anthing on their phone line other than "All representativies are busy..., email us at..". Surely, there must be some way to put them out of business for fraud. Stay away from PB Distribution!!!
