Interstate Distribution center & atlantic pacific distribution & corporate distribution center ripoff fraud business

I recently took over a business, and my office manager received a call from atlantic pacific distribution re: toner refill for my xerox machine. She said I needed toner, and they new the name of the girl who ordered for us before. Without thinking, I told my office manager to order accordingly if that was the supplier that we normally used for those purchases. The first bill I got seemed a high $289 for one toner cartridge plus 10% for shipping! Ouch! I though this was for the 6 cartridges we ordered.

Not only was this per cartridge, but they stated they were selling xerox brand, but instead the package says xerox but it is generic. After paying the rest of the bill of approximately $1,200 more I thought nothing more of it. Keep in mind I pay a lot of expenses, and this wasn't that significant, so not only hadn't I seen the merchandise, I wasn't aware of the price of these. (normally I buy through buy.com, but I was under the impression that the copier needed refill toner, not cartridges).. Anyway long story short. They sent another shipment of 6 for $2,000 which caught my attendtion. I researched the price on buy.com, and the real price is only $60 for the brand xerox.

Now I call these guys and Interstate Distribution center say they are not the sales arm, just the shippers and billers. When looking on the invoices, there are two separate companies listed: one is Atlantic Pacific Distribution and on the other invoice was corporate distribution center. Both of which I am sure are not true businesses or DBA's. Any ideas on how to get these bastards back? By the way, I didn't pay for the second set of toner, and my understanding is that if you receive something in the mail that was not solicited, it is yours to keep without payment.
