Have no idea how because we didn't download any apps or approve anything. Was told by Sprint that this is becoming an epidemic and we need to watch our accounts closely. How do we get our $ back? I've just had $50 extra by My True Horo and they won't refund me saying they have a 4 step process to accept their app. They say you have to respond back with a code sent only by email. We (meaning my son and I) never did any such thing and no matter how much I argued it didn't matter. I even asked to speak to a manager and he gave me a run around saying the mngr could not refund me either. What do you suggest? This is now $70 on my account in 6 mos. We didn't agree to.
