I ordered a womens football jersey from www.officialpackerproshop.com. After I ordered the jersey I was not prompted to print a receipt. When I got my credit card bill there was a charge of $70.48 from BALLETBRIDAL CO LTD *FASH SHENZHEN and a Foreign transaction fee of $2.11. When I called my credit card company regarding the charge they said it was a womens accessary and specialty store. A few days later my jersey came, however it didn't fit. There was no return information in the package. It was shipped from China with no return address. I even checked with the post office and they didn't know where it could be returned from my original packing information. I went to the website to find contact information. There wasn't a phone number, but I could send an email from their website. I did receive a response from [email protected] saying they only accept return when they send the wrong size or ship the wrong order. Still no address or explanation as how I send my jersey back for a different size. I have turned this over to my credit card dispute dept. I am very concerned about this so called company having my credit card number. Oh, and the packing slip that came on the order said total charge was $184.00 not 70.48 that was charged to my credit card.
