I ordered a Cam Newton jersey for my son. Immediately got two emails from NFL Fan Shop welcoming me to their website and then the second email was an order confirmation. I then realized that I ordered the wrong size so I went to the website to call customer service only to realize that there was no phone number - just an email address. I emailed them and still have not gotten any response (today is 12/28). About a week after the order I got an email from fashionpay.com stating that my funds had been processed and that the 74.99 will come from my account in the name of balletbridal. Fashionpay.com. I called my bank to get them to "hold" the money and not pay. They said it hadn't been posted yet and to call back (the money must post in order to be investigated for fraud). I sent an email to balletbridal and they stated that they forwarded my complaint to fannflshop and that they should be contacting me soon. I still have not heard anything not gotten any emails or packages. I did however just call my bank to dispute the charge and it still has not posted. I am hopeful that it never posts and they don't scam anyone else.
