I ordered the product and actually used it as the letter said and had no results. I was not happy obviously and returned it 10-3-11 by USPS and insured. I waited for my refund and finally wrote them 12-14-11 that I had returned their book and per their guarantee was still waiting for my refund. Still nothing as of today.
