I sent for and received the product. I was not happy with it so according to the "no-risk 100% money back guarantee" I returned the product requesting my money back the following month. To this date I have not received a refund. I sent a second request quoting the guarantee, still no refund. I do not know the exact date that I ordered the product, but it was in the month of April.
