I started to apply for a loan on line and got upto the point of where they asked for UK £49.99 broker fee, I immediately cancelled the application by clicking the cancel button, I go to my branch today and find they have taken the money. I did not give authorisation for this money to be taken. I did not click accept. I have been scammed. I want my money back
