I sent this company an email asking if the phone I needed to spy on was compatable with their spyware. They returned an email stating that it was so I proceeded to buy the premium package for $97.00. When I tried to download the spyware the phone would not accept it because it was not on their list of phones that were compatable. Therefore they lied to me and when I requested a refund they said it was being refunded but I have not heard anything.in that email they said if I wanted to expediate the process I could go to this website they listed and request the refund in 48 hours. That website does not exist so do I/we have any options against this company?
