I purchased this software on Nov. 18 and tried to download the application and kept getting an error message. Finally, I called their Tech. Support and there is only an answering machine. I left several messages and no one ever called back. I kept trying to do the steps over and over to download the application. Finally it went through, but you can only see text from your own phone. Their website states you don't have to have access to the target phone. All LIES!!! No good!!! Anyway, it's now Dec. 28 and after receiving numerous emails stating a refund has been issued and filing a dispute with Paypal, I filed a dispute with my bank to get my refund. Also, I had to go through (Avangate) a third party when you file for a refund from Spyanycellphone.com. They were no help either. Finally, resolved through my bank after taking up my time for over a month!
